The webawizo.pl website processes only the data voluntarily submitted through the contact form: name, company name, industry, phone number or email address, the address of your current website (if provided), and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing: responding to your inquiry, preparing a website preview concept, and further communication regarding a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps taken prior to entering into a contract and the controller's legitimate interest).

Providing this data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.

3. Recipients of data (processors)

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and form handling (Cloudflare Pages). Data may be processed within Cloudflare's infrastructure in line with its security measures and standard contractual clauses.
• Resend — email delivery service that sends contact form submissions to the controller's inbox.
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Workspace) — management of the kontakt@webawizo.pl mailbox.

4. Retention period

Data from the contact form is retained for the duration of our correspondence and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless a collaboration is established — in which case the data is retained for the period required by applicable law (e.g., tax regulations).
